New Look for Husband's Office

Last saturday was the blessing of husband's new office at The Fort. Their new work ares is four times larger to their present office in Makati. It is so huge, Yena and i had a grand time wandering :)

We went home with a pocketful of new Php.25cents :) I know coins being thrown during home/office blessings are lucky, so our coins are now being hidden with our fortunes at home! :) LOL

Papa's Last Photo

They are still bullying their Lolo last sunday night. The grandchildren can be so loud sometimes but they are kids. Papa understands them just the same. I know for sure the kids will miss their Grandfather..

I miss Papa already. I have been crying for the thought that Yena will no longer show her new tricks to her very loving lolo. The house is not the same without him! We miss him but we cannot be selfish to let him stay but feel all the pain. He has to rest now.

We will miss you forever Papa! Please be with us always..

What do you call your dad?

Last night, my daughter called her daddy: BOY!

My nieces and nephews call me mommy while they call my husband Tito Boy (short for Tito Biboy). So last night when we fetched Yena at my parent's house, my niece Eya shouted TITO BOY! and then came running after her was Yena who surprisingly called his daddy.. BOY!

I can't stop laughing.

I don't know how my husband felt but if i were him, i will be bothered LOL. My daughter calls me Mom mey sometimes.. and it feels good. She sometimes calls her daddy Pap pap and it's nice to hear too! :) I know pretty soon she will master calling us so i know i just have to wait.

When Yena saw this dress from her Ninang Liz's pasalubong she can't stop touching and holding it. At one time she was dancing while wearing it. Aside from the floral print it has a flower fix on one side that she loves holding when told how nice her dress was. She really loves this dress!

Hayden Cam

When i share about my daughter's full name as Yelena Hayden, almost everybody would react if i got her name from Hayden Kho, the famous 28yo then employee-doctor, then and now boyfriend of Dra. Vicky Belo, who has 40 sex videos which include Katrina Halili, Maricar Reyes, brazilian model and lot more, that is making a buzz now in youtube, news papers and internet which are now called Hayden CAM.

Then, I would casually reply, NO! I got my daughter's HAYDEN from Hayden Panettiere over and over again. But now i would like to shout it out to the whole world, NO! See how a name could affect someone else's name. Oh dear!

I know this has been the most searched in the internet nowadays and just to help those victims am posing here the video of my Hayden doing her mukhasim or sour face. I just wish that when someone google hayden scandal or hayden cam it will lead here. Please spare those women another humilation by watching the videos over and over again! Stop downloading the videos! It won't help anyone!

Hayden Panettiere, is the hollywood celebrity i most love to look and stare at when i was pregnant with my daughter Yena! For the love of her i included her name to my baby's second name thus naming her Yelena Hayden.

Playful little Mushroom

Our wednesday trip to manila after office was cancelled. Holy week was spent at home nursing the sick little mushroom until thursday, she has fever due to teething and mouth blisters. Thanks God she gets well the next day. See how she plays with me last easter sunday at my in laws house.

And now the little mushroom is back at home with her grandma while husband and i are back to work. Oh how i miss her so much. Being with her for six days straight 24/7 makes me wish for another long holiday!

I dont know, but i find it really masculine, or it might be my husband's broadening shoulder or widening waistline?! :D

Change of mind

When i was still unmarried, I love planning things - from the littlest details to the enormous one. On the other hand my husband goes with the flow and is not into nitty gritty of preparing things. I dont know if hubby infect me with his being carefree with life.. but i was not planning anything at all too. That including our daughter's baptism and birthday next year.

This was what struck me last week. As i ponder on dates.. January 15 next year is barely more than a month already and to think that we have not yet plan on things makes me cram so much. And so i immediately do the budget, reception, food, party package, photo service and all. That was a lot to think of, and with my ever busy schedule and loads here at office - i thought i was palpitating already!!

Since Yena's birthday, january 15 falls on a thursday we plan to move her little party on the 11th. And since we wanted a dual celebration of her birthday and baptism - January 11 is the best date so far. But after a brainstorming discussion with my inlaws sunday night, we decided to make christmas day as her baptism and january 17 as her birthday celebration. So this is what i forwarded to her godparents yesterday.

Since christmas day was not possible for all the godparents to be there considering they already have plans for that day. Hubby and I decided to change the date to January 18, 2009.

Planning, preparing, budgeting.. Another essential task new parents should master to do!

at 5 months, i introduced music to yena. she has different songs played by my motorola phone on her play time and sleeping time.. music has been a great help, especially when it is sleeping time already and she doesnt want to stop playing. when i play to her 'home on the range' repeatedly, just count to ten and she's off to ozzzz landia! wink.

but week ago, my mother told me she responds well to barney songs on tv, so i googled the song, memorize it and sing it to her. and really, she reacts on the song. she would raise her hands, stomp her feet, clap her hands, sway her head and bend her back. and she smiles while watching barney on tv! it must be the violet big thing! :)
