Bohol Beach Resort for Honeymooners

Newlywed couples must spend time with each other after the wedding and it is commonly known as honeymoon. What other couple don't understand is that honeymoon can be done every year or every week as long as they have time for each other.

There are many ways to celebrate the couples' love for each other, and honeymoon is one of them. There are many places to celebrate a honeymoon. There are many tourist spots from different countries and the Philippines have many tourist spots to boot, too. Bohol is one of them.

The couple could visit Baclayon Church and renew their vows. Baclayon Church is the oldest church in Bohol dating back to 1596. And next to it is a museum with centuries-old religious relics and artifacts.

After walking the hundred steps in Chocolate Hills in Carmen, it is very relaxing to wear those swimsuits and jump into the deep blue sea. Bohol is also known for being a diving paradise.

But your honeymoon in Bohol will not be complete without having to stay at Whites and Greens Beach Resort. The resort has many amenities which includes massage and spa services that are great to spend time with your other half.

Honeymoon at Whites and Greens Beach Resort

November 20 is the planned pool party for my daughter and her cousins. That’s my treat to them for my 29th birthday. You may call it my first ever birthday party in my 29 years of existence and I have been saving for that through my blogging money.
beachfront!
But there’s a big change on my plans. On that day we will fly to BOHOL and will spend my birthday at Whites and Greens Beach Resort. The generous owner of that little paradise offered 3 days and 2 nights ALL EXPENSE PAID VACATION!. Read this: FREE AIRFARE via PAL, 3days 2nights accommodation, all our meals and 3 days tour of bohol countryside etc etc.
if this isn't inviting then what it?!
He told me to call it a ‘honeymoon’ of sort for me and husband. And I remembered – husband and I weren’t able to have a honeymoon 3 years ago!! And an offer as good as that is too good to be true but it’s REAL. I already have our PAL tickets and the resort is waiting for us next month! Isn’t he heaven sent?!

So the pool party will be on one Saturday of this month to celebrate our third wedding anniversary with our families and to celebrate my 29th birthday we shall go to BOHOL – gratis!!!

Coming Home Tonight

After five days, husband is coming home tonight from Davao. He has been to four places in five days. I told him to capture pictures of Bacolod, Cebu, Zamboanga and Davao but he told me that since he went there to work – all he was able to capture was his breakfasts from his hotel. I thought I would be able to see those places even on pictures – but that’s my husband – he won’t exert effort to take pictures even if the view in front of him is heavenly.

While I, on the other hand is a photo addict. I take pictures of anything and everything that amuses me. I remember I took a lot of pictures of the plane that brought us to Coron Palawan, and if I can only capture the plane’s air intake systems I would. That’s how addicted I am to pictures.

That’s how different husband and I speaking of pictures. He doesn’t like picture taking and almost all our pictures together are wacky. He is quite camera shy. But since he always said that our daughter got almost all my traits – my daughter is a camera whore too. Once she sees my camera she would pose and tell me take her pictures. I don’t know if that’s a good thing though, hahah.

But anyways, I am so excited for tonight! Am sure my daughter is very excited to see his daddy too. Another great time to take pictures! Yey!

The Mushroom Family at Coron

I know i will be a broken record already when i say that Coron is the best place to spend that most needed rest and recreation but that is really the truth! I have been to Boracay before but the memories of Palawan is incomparable! :) Ihhh maybe because i have my family with me..

I can't stop looking at our more than one thousand pictures. This picture below is one of my favorite. Katrina did something really good here aside from organizing our little getaway! :) Isn't it? (Note: that dog isn't ours. i don't know if he/she lives at atyangan beach but that's where we saw him/her)
As early as now, my friend Katrina is again planning our next vacay next year! We are eyeing Camarines Sur or Camiguin.. Hmmmm i guess i need to start saving my blogging

Off to Palawan!

My husband, daughter, my godmother and ghie’s siblings will be heading to Palawan this morning for our three days vacation. This trip was planned since May and I couldn’t believe that I am writing this now, is it October 17 already? LOLThis trip is supposed to be for husband and I’s second wedding anniversary. BUT since it is a week before our actual wedding date, I am thinking of our ‘solo’ celebration somewhere in Tagaytay. If we can leave our daughter for one night, if not it will be another family affair I am looking forward to. ;)

Anyways, I should be going. This is supposed to be a rest from all that is giving me stress (work and blogging, LOL) but I will be bringing my laptop just in case I find time to drop EC and adgitize.

Please help us pray for a nice weather! :) Thank you so much for dropping by. Have a great weekend!

ps:
And yes, my 5 blogs has the same entry for today. And your guess is right, this is a scheduled post! :)

Sending you my love!

I should be used to it.

Monthly, for three days and two nights you will not be beside me. I know i should get used to it.

Funny how i missed you right after kissing you goodbye, watching you off to the airport is something I will not get used to. It’s hard to see you go even for a short period of time. I missed you now and I find my comfort in listening to my song to you when we were just starting out – Ikaw lang ang aking mahal. I don’t know if this day is supposed to be a weeping day but I am actually crying right now. I know you will laugh at me, laugh your heart out! I love you this much and I am missing you already.

Am sending you ALL my love, have a safe trip my dear husband!

I will miss you. Yena and I cannot wait thursday night!

Dreaming of a Portugal Vacation

Am going to Portugal! Not now. But I wish soon.

I have been dreaming of going to Lisbon, Portugal and visit the place where the Apparition of the Lady of Fatima took place. I have watched the movie about the apparition when I was at the Sisters of Mary School and I can vividly remember the three children of Fatima; Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta.

Going to Portugal, I know would cost me lots of money but considering how attractive Fatima is and how accessible it is from Lisbon; I have learned that Fatima is located approximately 80 miles north of Lisbon. Certainly these are the two places I have to stay in Portugal.

It wouldn’t be hard for me to travel to both places, I have made my research and browse through cheap car hire portugal which offers and compares over 40 car hire suppliers worldwide for Portugal. Looks like traveling in convenience and style to a land I have been dreaming of.

Father and Child

While i was uploading our photos at tagaytay, there is one thing i noticed now that we have yena. Hubby and i have no pictures together anymore!

At those instance when hubby wanted to carry her, yena's resistance was so strong! She wanted to walk along with daddy.. So i captured it.

When she was making faces, i took pictures of it..

The moments of picture taking now is for the father and child. Forget the lovers for a minute. No more lovers displaying public affection captured in photos.

Long was the day of me and hubby on photos.

Now it is the three of US. Now it is the father and child.

Picnic Grove Tagaytay

Aside from the arctic weather, i prefer tagaytay than any other place because it is 45 minutes away from our home! :) But if you are from manila, it would take you more than an hour of travel but that also depends on traffic situation! So its a must to go there early in the morning..

We went there October 2007 for our honeymooning with the kids, when the entrance fee was P25. Last sunday, i was not surprised when i learned that like petroluem products they increased it to P50 per head. Plus the parking fee of P50, and you have to be armed beforehand to bring coins when using their rest rooms - they charge a fee of P2 per use.

They have lots of cottages too which rates starts at P150 and prizes varies with the cottage sizes. There are a couple of restaurants inside now, and lots of souvenir shops! But what was exciting to know was that there were already ZIPLINE and CABLE CAR inside picnic grove! Their rates for weekdays were P100 one way and P200 two way: for weekends P200 one way and P300 two way. Asked me to try them? NO WAY!

Yobib's nephews kept on demanding me to try those rides- they were disappointed when i said NO. i was aggresive with my life before that i could try bungee jumping when asked for, BUT now is completely different - i would not risk my life! I have yena in my mind all the time..

Naughty!

CUE
the photos you are about to see contains scenes not suitable for young audiences, parental guidance is recommended. LOL. but really, if you are pious citizens of the blogosphere, please come again another day when i have something visually good in store for you. thank you!

the statues are located at baguio's botanical garden, i just wished that on our next trip to the city of pines, they will still be there despite of all the fun we made out of them. and if we are going back there with yena, we will not be doing this anymore! :) so enjoy the scenes and see how fool and naughty we were!
the photos motto should be; "man's reach must be beyond his grasp!"

Yena's first show on a wedding

August 9, was pre planned and already ticked on our calendar of big events for August. It was Daryl's wedding, and we couldnt miss it, not unless we want to say goodbye to the friendship we had for 14 long years. While hubby's favorite among my friends is Daryl, this big event was a big yes and so we packed our bag and off to Bulacan! Yena's longest travel so far..

After the ceremony and the pictorial session which took about an hour, i really think the photographers had a lot of frustrations in life, kasi naman all of the poses were so artistic and napakabusisi! Given a chance, on our church wedding, i will get them! :)

On our way home, it was much more convenient, thanks to ate mina for the free ride! :) And Yena still battery full and hyper active at MH with ate binx and the rest of our alumni friends, smiling to everyone she meets along the way kaya naman at 11pm when we arrived home, and even after turning off the light, buhay na buhay pa siya and still was looking for a play time!

Came 1am, she wailed so loud, and cried for more even after comforting her... and then she threw up! That's the sign.. nausog ang Yena! Hayun, she cried until the wee hours of the morning.. :(

But she was still her bubbly self at 9am at the church! Yan ang spirit! :) Attend pa tayo ng wedding baby?? sa Bulacan??!! :)
